- Right-click the download link.
- Select "Save Target As..." from the pop-up menu that appears.
- In the "Save As..." dialog box that appears, locate the folder where you want the file to be saved and click "Save".
Firefox for Windows
- Right-click the download link.
- Select Save Link As... from the pop-up menu that appears.

- Control+Click on the download link.
