Overview: OWL periodically has openings for part-time Site Leaders. These 20 hour per week positions are ideal for college students, graduate students, or others seeking fun and rewarding part-time work.

OWL is an award-winning after-school and summer educational program serving children in Denver's Latino community. OWL teachers turn school computer labs which would otherwise sit locked and empty during after school and summer hours into fun and challenging learning communities. The program serves children in grades 3-5. OWL teaches art, animation, writing, and advanced computer skills, and trains teams of Student Leaders to teach their peers.

OWL provides extensive training and support to its teachers who become part of a dedicated, professional, and fun-loving team. We seek site leaders who have an excellent rapport with children and who embody the qualities we work to develop in our students. These include: creativity, a love of learning, compassion, a strong work ethic and a sense of fun. Prior teaching experience is NOT required.
